Return & Exchange Details for Online Orders

We offer 7-day easy exchange and return policy for customers who have placed online orders to make sure that they are happy with their purchase. If you are unfortunately unsatisfied with your order, please contact us so we can coordinate the best solution for you.

To return or exchange, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and please have to present a valid receipt. 

Sale items are final sale. We offer exchange only for all discounted items. Your returned items can be exchanged with an alternative item or a store credit.

Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, masks, hosiery, jewelry and all intimates except bralettes are Final Sale.

You will receive your credit note or gift card for any exchanges. If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue a credit.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

Additional non-returnable items:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or if the size is wrong. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

Your package includes an order invoice, customs documents (if applicable).

  • Securely pack your merchandise and Return receipt in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
  • Place the printed invoice with the reason of exchange on the inside of your package. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When ordering out of Canada, duty and taxes will not be covered by the seller.


Online Orders Shipped to Local Store Policy

All orders online that are shipped to the store or pre-orders that are placed in store, once received customer is responsible to make sure that they are satisfied with their product and we double check that there is no manufacturer defect. Furthermore, we do not accept any returns other than size changes or for any unsatisfactory reason that will be decided by the manager or the assistant manager in store only. 

In Store Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item ordered in store or ordered as a pre-order, it can be exchanged within 7 days of reception for all online purchases only or you can receive credit note/ Gift Card. 

Any items that are purchased from the store can only be exchanged within 7 days of reception. Once items are purchased online and delivered to your local store, it is considered only exchangeable after you have tried it on and are satisfied with your purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you  exchange. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged, otherwise, the products may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any price changes unless the sale was applied in store only.

Sales items In Store: 

All in Store sale purchased items is non refundable and no exchange. Please try before purchasing to be sure you’re satisfied.

Holiday Exchange Policy

We allow for all gift purchases to be only exchanged until January 5th 2021. All items must be in the original packaging and with its tagged intact. 


Alterations Policy

Any alterations required by the customer, the store will not be responsible unless the order was initially made custom by one of the designers.

Custom Haute Couture Designs 

No refund will be accepted after the first Deposit is done. We respect the labour that each designer takes to make the garment and since it is custom made for the client there is no turning back to get a refund on their labour.

To book an appointment it cost $75 and can only be refunded if it is cancelled before 24h. 

Regular-Priced Merchandise

Within 7 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.

After 7 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

Within 7 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
