We take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, if within 7 days, you are unfortunately unsatisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your order. Please contact us so we can coordinate the best solution for you. Please read below for details.

How to Return and Exchange

Please note that your return & exchange request will not be accepted without notifying our customer service.

Items Eligible for Return & Exchange

You can request a refund if your online order applies to the following:

  • Items sold at the regular price
  • Items with manufacturing defect (visibly wrong designs, missing trims, etc)
  • Wrong items you did not order

Notes:

We do not issue refunds to any sale items or orders that are discounted with promo codes. We offer exchange for all discounted items. Your returned items can be exchanged with an alternative item or a store credit. For the inconvenience, an extra 10% discount code will be issued, which you can use sitewide for your next order.


We also do not accept any items worn and sent to dry cleaners or washed after use. Needs to be in its original packaging.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.

Items Ineligible for Return & Exchange

  • Items without original tags
  • Items that are washed, worn or damaged
  • Items without a valid receipt
  • Hygiene items such as underwear and swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Designer consultation fees for customization
  • Personalized and customized items

If 15 days pass after you receive your order, you will not be eligible to return or exchange.

Shipping Cost

  • Return and exchange shipping cost must be paid by the customer, unless the reason for return and exchange is on us, such as manufacturing defects and wrong items that are not on your order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the reason for return and exchange is on us.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • When ordering out of Canada, duty and taxes will not be covered by the seller.
